1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our golf package booking services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• • Free cancellation is available up to 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
• • Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• • Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
• • All booking changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

3. Package Inclusions

Your golf tour package includes:

• • Tee time bookings at the golf courses specified in the package
• • Breakfast at the designated hotels
• • Transportation as outlined in the itinerary
• • Meals where specifically noted
• • Services of an English-speaking guide

4. Liability and Insurance

We highly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and lost belongings.

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, delays, or loss of personal property during the tour.

5. Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to revise package prices in the event of significant changes in:

• • Taxes
• • Transportation and service provider costs

Any such changes will be clearly communicated prior to your final payment.
